Gym, home or building gym. Your plan adapts.
Save your locations with the equipment each one has. Every day keeps at least four exercises: what a location can't handle is swapped for another for the same muscle.
The session does the math. You do the lifting.
Rest: timer between sets, 15-second adjustments and a default you set once.
Supersets: pairs that don't compete for the same muscle, to fit more training into your time.
Warm-ups: on the movements where technique gets rehearsed before load.
Starting load: suggested from your body weight and level, rounded to what the bar can hold. It errs low, on purpose.
Records: flagged during your workout, not the next day.
A busy machine becomes another exercise for this session only.
Your sets stay with what you actually did.

Quick questions
See all questionsHow is my plan built?
From your answers: goal, level, days per week, equipment, location, time per workout and muscle emphasis. The Fourgee AI Personal applies training rules you can check. Changed an answer? Your week rebuilds.
Do I need a gym?
No. Save where you train (gym, home or your building's gym) with the equipment you have. Your plan uses what that place can handle.
What if the machine is taken?
Swap the exercise for that session only. The app suggests another for the same muscle, using your location's equipment, and your plan stays the same.
How much weight do I use on my first workout?
The app suggests a starting load from your body weight and level, rounded to what the bar can hold. It errs low on purpose. After your first workout, what you logged takes over.
Are there exercise videos?
More than 900 of the 1,500+ exercises have a demo video, plus a map of the muscles worked.
