Training touches health, and health is sensitive data under the LGPD, the data protection law we follow. Here is, in plain language, what we do with it.
Health data
Declaring a health condition has its own consent, separate from everything else. Revoke it anytime.
Injuries
An injury is stored only with your consent. The generated plan avoids exercises that reach the area, and other plans flag them. Revoking deletes the injuries and ends the consent.
What your trainer sees
Your health data reaches your trainer only if you turn sharing on. Off is the default.
Your rights
Delete your account and request your data right in the app. For any personal data request, contact our data protection officer.

No analytics or marketing runs before you say yes. Accept and decline carry the same weight, and nothing is pre-checked.
Verified trainers
Every trainer profile is reviewed by a person before it shows up in search.
Payments
Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Fourgee never stores your card number.
